NAGASE Global Site
NAGASE is a multinational industrial company that wanted to launch a new website experience to mark their renewed emphasis on sustainability and digital transformation.
Launching a new website is a giant undertaking. For this project, I had to both write case studies for their various group companies and edit case studies being written by freelance writers. I was also involved in using the AI tool, Jasper, to update the old website with new data. Additionally, I was involved in smoke testing extensive functions of the site. Finally, with the site ready for launch I had to advertise it by creating a press release, social posts, and emails.
Getting to collaborate with everyone from shareholders to freelancers, artificial intelligence to subject matter experts gave me a more immersive understanding of the company I worked for and really elevated the copy used to create and advertise the site.

AquaSys GP Launch
Infinite, a 3D printing brand, was launching their new product, AquaSys GP (General Purpose), a water-soluble support filament for entry-level users. I had helped them launch a new product the year before, but I had started working for the team in the middle of that marketing campaign. This was the first time working on the full breadth of a marketing campaign for a new 3D printing product.
First up was research about the product by attending Zoom sessions with SMEs (subject matter experts) where they demoed how the product worked. The product was first being shown off at a trade show (RAPID + TCT 2022), so a press release for the show and copy for the booth needed to be created—both with mentions of the new product. I also had to create a one-sheet info sheet for the new product, even though some info wasn’t finalized or ready to be available to the public. One month later, the product was officially launched, which required a press release, social media posts, emails, a text banner for the website, a landing page, and updated mentions across the website (for example, on the “Industries & Applications” page).

Andretti Formula E Sponsorship
Avalanche Andretti is a racing team in the Formula E circuit (think Formula 1 but with electric race cars). NAGASE was sponsoring the team for the 2023 season, which was a big opportunity to get more exposure for the global company.
The marketing for this sponsorship involved emphasizing the pursuits of innovation, performance, and sustainability between NAGASE, Avalanche Andretti, and Formula E. This was conveyed among press releases, internal blog posts, social media, email and several landing pages on our site. Races occurred every month and needed to be both announced and recapped, so there was a large amount of marketing collateral required for this campaign.
One of Andretti’s racers was the highest-ranking individual racer in the Formula E for the season, while the team itself came in fourth in the teams’ championship—it was really cool being along for the ride for such a successful racing season.

Soluble Core Whitepaper
This is a highly technical whitepaper about hollow composite and high-temperature soluble core manufacturing that I did for the 3D printing brand, Infinite Material Solutions. I had never written a whitepaper or written on a technical subject matter in such an in-depth way before.
To create an effective whitepaper, I conducted extensive research on traditional hollow composite manufacturing and 3D-printed soluble cores—including looking at visuals for the parts and processes I was describing. I interviewed a SME (subject matter expert) on how Infinite’s AquaSys 180 was used to create a prototype wing for a customer in the aerospace industry using soluble cores (a key case study in the whitepaper). It took me about a month and a half from start to finish for this project.
The whitepaper led to a multimillion dollar business deal, and the whitepaper is one of the proudest moments of my career.
